Where's Spring?

Here it is the middle of April, and we actually ran the fireplace last night! I am fed up with this lousy weather. As I write this, my husband is putting on a pot of coffee. Yep, he came home Thursday after our friends funeral since there was yet another winter storm hovering over Western Kansas and Eastern Colorado. As I look outside, the sun is shining but it is cold. My son's soccer game has been postponed this morning due to the nearly two inches of rain two days ago. Enough already! How many more days until our cruise? I just checked, 44 and counting. Can you tell I'm excited? Just a few of the things we are doing on this adventure: We will be visiting Atlantis on Paradise Island, my husband is parasailing on Coco Cay, my daughter and I are going to go Jet Skiing on Coco Cay, my son will have a blast at the waterpark on the island not to mention playing with the wild iguanas, and we'll be showing the kids the little paradise known as Key West where we honeymooned 14 years ago. That one is going to be really neat. Let the countdown continue.
