Counting my blessings.

Anyone who reads this, I encourage you to check out my sister's blog, http://www.myheartofhope.blogspot.com/. It is this reason I decided to start mine. As you will read from her latest post, my nephew is terribly sick again. He was admitted to the hospital last night. This poor kid can't catch a break. He is a happy, nice spirited kid who is dealing with health issues no one his age should have to deal with. He is on countless medications and he is a pro when it comes to taking everything, even at the ripe age of 5. My sister and her husband are preparing to move back home from their town about 45 minutes away so they have the mutual support of all of ours and my brother-in-laws family. My brother-in-law is going to commute while she substitute teaches so she can have the flexibility for these medical emergencies. They are making alot of sacrifices to make this happen. My kids are so healthy, I count my blessings everyday. I can't imagine going through this. My nephew is a strong kid and he has so many people who love him. I just hope he "grows out of" some of these issues. I pray he will.
