Heading into enemy territory, do not fear!

K, E, and I hit JC Penney's after school today in the slight hope they would have some Denver Broncos merchandise we could get for the game Sunday. Chiefs stuff is a dime a dozen around here, but Broncos stuff, you gotta look hard. We got lucky! As we walked over to the athletic department, we found racks and racks and racks of Chiefs, Jayhawks, and Wildcats merchandise and right in the middle, low and behold the Broncos stuff. It looked to have been pretty picked over. I got a Jay Cutler jersey, E an orange muscle tee, and K a blue tee with logos on the front and back. E also got a new ball cap. (S already has a new coaches polo we picked up in Wichita a few weeks ago). As we were checking out, one of the clerks looked pretty dejected at the partner clerk. I asked if everything was alright. "I'm a Chiefs fan, and all I've sold this week is Broncos merchandise. Are you going to the game?"

"How'd you guess?"

BTW - tix arrived in mail today. It's official.
