Getting ready for camp

Yesterday was a very busy day. Our daughter is getting ready to leave for church camp today. I have been unpacking and repacking her suitcase as she doesn't seem to remember she is going to rough it for the most part in the woods for a week and she doesn't need her fashion statement, namebrand clothing. We even made a trip to Wal-Mart for a few things. I hate going to Wal-Mart. It's crowded, full of cranky people, including myself, and it's just too much of a hassle. I needed much more than just a rain jacket, bug spray, toiletries, and misc. other camp equipment. We needed a one piece swimsuit, and some groceries. By the time it was all said and done, we walked out $200.00 poorer but we got the rainjacket and bug spray!

Alot of people ask about our garden railroad. He it is. It is actually quite a bit more mature than what you see here. This was July 4, 2006.
