In the last couple of years, S has become a coffee junkie! I don't think we even owned a coffee maker the first 5 years of our marriage. It used to be we only got it out occasionally during the winter months. Now it is out 12 months a year and an expresso maker with steamer has joined it. He is also a favorite "regular" at our local coffee house, Mokas. Mokas is our version of Starbucks, only better! We love the place! The kids love the place! It is nearly 9:00 p.m. and we just settled in with our Kona blend with cream for S, and the same with International Delight White Chocolate Macadamia for me. As I look in my fridge, this is only one of 5 flavors setting up shop on our top shelf. This space used to be reserved for gallons of milk, but now the milk has been demoted to the garage fridge. Sorry, Milk! I'm not quite the coffee snob S is, but I make sure I have a full insulator on my way to work, and I settle in for the night with a cup. Well, maybe I am a coffee snob. Works for me.
