I try to be pretty positive with my posts, but the one I posted previous to this one had been gelling in me all week. Now I want to talk about something I have discovered this week that has made me and our entire family happy.
In two seperate shopping trips, I have picked up two new Christmas CD's. One is "Josh Groban, Noel", and the other is "Il Divo, The Christmas Collection". These young men are all incredible. Both Josh and Il Divo have an operatic sound which is not my favorite style, however, it really works for Christmas music. E is absolutely hooked. All he wants to listen to is Josh sing "Little Drummer Boy". He sings along. He asked me in the van this week if he will ever sing like that. I actually told him that genetically, he has the potential. Ok, way over his head. "Yes, son, you could sing like that some day. Your Dad has a beautiful classically trained voice and you just might inherit that talent." E's response, "Cool".
